Almond Oil is a liquid lipid substance consisting mainly of oleic acid, with small amounts of linoleic and palmitic acids. It is obtained from expression of ripe kernels of almonds, and may contain a suitable antioxidant. Almond oil is supplied as a clear, colourless or pale-yellow coloured oil.
